Evolving SATCOM Ground Systems Architecture: Current Innovation and What’s in Store for 2020 and Beyond

This panel will first discuss current solutions to overcome challenges faced by DoD in the creation of secure and adaptable ground services architecture. Topics will include modem and terminal flexibility, enterprise solutions, advances in antennas, and leveraging new technologies and capabilities.  Additionally, this panel will discuss terminal capabilities to be offered in 2020 and beyond in the commercial market, including consumer, enterprise, mobility, and government/military. The discussion will address the industry thoughts on new capability adoption and how that relates to Terminal upgrades or Terminal transition.
