Kymeta Product Security
Kymeta is committed to our customers and the security of our products and platforms is security a top priority. We proudly stand behind our work and our product roadmaps include continued security patching support for all our platforms and all models for at least two years following each product’s end-of-life date and last-sale date.
No matter how much effort is put into platform security, vulnerabilities can still exist. If you discover a vulnerability in our platform (hardware, on-board software or firmware, satellite service, supporting web services, or customer portal), please alert us so we can address it as quickly as possible. We ask for your help to better protect our customers and our systems.
If you have a finding to report related to our communications platform (not the website at kymetacorp.com), please e-mail your contact information to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide access to our SFTP for you to securely disclose your findings.
Through SFTP, please describe the vulnerability and provide sufficient information to reproduce the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
- Do not take advantage of the vulnerability or problem you have discovered, for example by downloading more data than necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability or deleting or modifying other people’s data
- Do not reveal the problem to others until it has been resolved
- Do not use attacks on physical security, social engineering, distributed denial of service, spam or applications of third parties
We strive to resolve all problems as quickly as possible, and we would like to play an active role in any publication about the finding after it is resolved.
Note: Kymeta’s bug bounty program only awards validated findings related to our communications platform, not for findings related to our marketing website at kymetacorp.com. To receive a bounty, you will need to sign an NDA and provide valid banking information in your name.
Thank you for helping protect our customers and our platforms.
