Caroline joined Kymeta in November 2020 as a buyer, during a time of global uncertainty. Despite the challenging circumstances, her determination and passion for her work quickly became evident. She was empowered by her managers to drive the changes she believed in, which led her to excel in her role. Today, as Supply Chain Optimization Manager, she manages high-visibility complex data sets and plays a crucial role in driving the company forward with data.

Her greatest accomplishments within the company have been centered around her dedication to improving processes and cost tracking, enabling the team to make more informed decisions about the future. Her creative solutions and leadership have been instrumental in driving efficiencies and reducing negative impacts on the production line. Her persistent nature and problem-solving skills have allowed her to showcase her strengths and lead teams through various changes.

When not excelling in her role at Kymeta, Caroline enjoys various activities outside of work. She is an avid traveler, always seeking new adventures and experiences. As a self-proclaimed coffee snob, she appreciates a good cup of coffee and finds pleasure in discovering new coffee shops. Running is another passion of hers, as she enjoys the physical and mental benefits of exploring different spaces while staying active. Her love for running was evident when she trained for a 200-mile, 12-person relay, where she embraced the opportunity to explore long beaches, conquer hills, and navigate neighborhood streets.
