Within the company, Shawn draws inspiration from colleagues like Ben Ash, who played a pivotal role in Kymeta’s growth, adapting to new responsibilities as the team expanded. Brenna Denys, the Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering, has also been an inspiration with her focused leadership. Being surrounded by such smart and diverse minds, Shawn has honed his problem-solving skills and gained insights into different approaches to challenges.
In his time here, Shawn has learned that his success is intertwined with his team’s success. As a Production Supervisor, he understands the importance of supporting his team members through challenges and ensuring they’re all working together to achieve victory.
Outside of work, Shawn finds solace in shared laughter with his loved ones. Despite his leadership role, he admits to a surprising fact: he isn’t a fan of confrontation. However, he embraces these moments, always striving to improve his skills in this area.
